US city legalises snowball fight. Why was it even banned!

What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of snow? Snowfights right? But can you imagine a place where there’s a lot of snow but you are not allowed to have snowball fights… that too by the state’s order! Wausau was such a state in the US where snowball fights were banned from 1962. People were charged a fine of $114 (around Rs8,000) if they induced in this fun game. But now that law has been changed. The city of Wausau in Wisconsin has just legalised the snowball fight. And the citizens can’t be happier, especially the children. Fun fact The largest snowball fight took place in Seattle. Exactly 5834 snow fighters came together to exchange frozen barrages to create the largest snowball fight in the world on January 12, 2013.
