Born with rhythm in his feet, exceptional storytelling and a sensational vocal range, Michael Jackson reigned as the King Of Pop of in the music industry and truly lived up to his title!
He stunned audiences across the world with entertainment packed performances through his signature dance moves such as the moonwalk, his anti gravity lean, the hip thrust and more.
His flamboyant and flashy dressing style caught eyeballs as well. And then, just like breathing, Jackson knew how to belt out high falsetto notes, making it look effortless and giving the world goosebumps!
In his lifetime, the music icon sold a jaw dropping 750 million records worldwide and has released 13 top hits as well. He also became one of the limited artists to be inducted twice into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The title track of his album “Thriller” was a popular choice on many worldwide radio stations. It is a catchy and upbeat title track that has won eight Grammys and can get just about anyone dancing on their feet.
But it was not until MJ released the Thriller music video that the song received skyrocketing success and soon became a Halloween anthem!
The song thriller was going to be titled “Starlight” initially.
Black Or White:
The important message behind MJ’s sweet sounding vocals in the song Black Or White is – It doesn’t matter whether we are racially chocolate brown, milky white or somewhere in between – we are all beautiful and should be treated as equals because that is what we all are.
MJ made a special performance of this song at the 1993 Super Bowl.
Man In The Mirror:
Despite Jackson not being a part of the song’s music video, it is his inspirational set of lyrics encouraging each of us to self reflect, make necessary changes and a positive impact on this world.
The Man In The Mirror is said to have been one of MJ’s favourite musical compositions.
This was the moment the King Of Pop tried his hand at composing a Rock number and it worked! The song Beat It peaked on the charts on April 30, 1983 musically flourishing to the top position for a good three weeks! And also won a Grammy.
In a poll hosted by Sony Ericsson that had over 700,00 people vote from 60 different countries, “Beat It” classified as the 4th favourite song in the world as of the year 2005.
Heal The World:
Coming to the song that MJ was most proud of. Much like “Black or White” the simple message behind “Heal The World” is, to treat everyone equally.
The music video shows us children in different countries that are living in unrest. Tugging at the heartstrings, this video will make you want to be even more compassionate.
Soon after the success of this song, the music icon created a charity by the name of “Heal The World Foundation” to improve the lives of children around the globe.

Love was possibly in the air when Michael Jackson wrote and composed this romantic yet high on energy musical number, in the year 1987. Musically, this cheerful number ranked right at the number one spot – Both, on theBillboard Top 100 in America and Span!
The short version of the musical video is 6 minutes and 44 second long, however, the lesser known and full version of this track is 9 minutes and 33 seconds long.
