First Pink Ball Test: India creates history

India beat Bangladesh by an innings and 46-run in first Day-Night Test Match played with a pink ball. Audiences in Eden Garden rejoiced as India created history and a world record as they are now the first team to win 4 consecutive tests by an innings. India dismissed Bangladesh for 195 runs in the second innings with Umesh Yadav picking up a five-wicket haul. Both Player of the Series and Player of the Match went to Ishant Sharma. Virat Kohli too scored a century with which he surpassed Australian former captain Ricky Ponting’s record.
