The world looks for Covid vaccine New Delhi The country was in shock this week when news came out that superstar Amitabh Bachchan was diagnosed with coronavirus. His son Abhishek, daughter-in-law Aishwarya and granddaughter Aaradhya too have tested positive for the virus. The economy which is struggling to get back on its feet keeps on getting jolts now and then. Many cities which till now had either not reported any infection or were able to curb it quickly, have been reporting a surge in cases as the lockdown eased. Pune, Thane, and other smaller cities too went back to lockdown. Mumbai though still leading with the virus figures, still enjoys a relaxed lowdown condition. Many states are resorting to plasma therapy to cure Covid 19 cases but there’s still no surety if it’s safe. Delhi, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, UP and other states too have seen a stark rise in cases. The global figures too have crossed 13 million mark while USA, Brazil and India lead with the infection cases. There is a fear of a second wave of Covid 19 in the UK during winters and few reports have suggested that casualties may get much higher than the first time.
